Music Must Listen

This is my 1st MUSIC MUST LISTEN post. When I say must, I really mean MUST! I'm not sure how updated Australia is with the songs but I think it should be quite comparable to Singapore. With the exception of some TV shows like America's Next Top Model where they are showing 2 seasons back. So crappy. Ok enough rambling. Here's my top 5 picks currently:

1) Britney Spears - Gimme More
Oh my god I'm so happy that Britney is finally back better than ever! I don't care what anybody says. This song is so HOT! With her signature heavy breathing and come hither sound, it gets me in the mood every time. Can't wait for the video and the new album as I heard she's collaborating with NeYo. And I love in the beginning of the song where she goes "It's Britney bitch!". Britney is my goddess!!!

2) J Lo - Do It Well
J Lo is back too after a such long hiatus! She sounds so different in here. I thought it was a High School Musical song initially. But I got hooked after a second listen. Oh if any of you know that awesome spanish single she released earlier in the year can you please tell me the title to it please? I believe she performed it during one of the American Idol episodes.

3) Delta Goodrem - In This Life
Delta Goodrem is this bloody talented and gorgeous aussie chick who's shagging that ex-Westlife guy Brian McFadden. She has had a number of great hits in the last few years. Love her voice and looks but too bad the video just doesn't do justice to the song, and to her. I prefer her previous look with darker and shorter hair, but still gorgeous nonetheless.

4) Alex Gaudino - Destination Calabria
This one MUST MUST listen! I think it originates from the UK. This song was like all over the radio, TV, stores, and clubs when I first stepped foot here! I'm not a big techno fan but this is da bomb! Gets me grooving and boogeying with every single listen. The music video is very suggestive so for those underaged make sure you have your parents' consent. Hahark.

5) Maroon 5 - Wake Up Call
This group just gets better and better with every song. I was doubtful that after being away for so long and being caught up with the fame and money, they would come out with a crappy album but I must say I was so totally wrong. The 1st single off the album Makes Me Wonder was great. This one surprisingly surpasses that. It's so freaking good! And the video is oh so HOT! This is the best video so far, akin to a movie I would say. You gotta check it out! Modz and I are so telekinetic, we like the same song at the same time and he beat me to posting it first. Bitch.

Oh oh! I forgot to mention. I'm going to watch Justin Timberlake live in concert!!! I was glued to the computer for 3 whole hours just to secure the tickets; skipped lecture (oops), almost died when they were sold out in less than an hour, revived again when it was announced they opened up a 2nd show in Brissy!!! Can't bloody wait I bet it's gonna be a kick-ass show.

Feel like going for Fall Out Boy concert as well. Hmm... And I'm so gonna catch Phantom of The Opera next year in February. Was sad couldn't catch the one in Singapore earlier this year. Hai~ busy busy money money...
